Obituary:
The funeral was held Wednesday in Pea Ridge, Ark., for Jeffery Dean Glasscock of Hackett, Ark., formerly of Junction City, who died Dec. 16. The family chose not to list the cause of death. He was 34.
Glasscock was born April 6, 1966, in Corvallis to Albert and Floy Hornaday Glasscock. He graduated from Junction City High School.
He served in the Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1989. He then served in the Air National Guard until his death. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited.
Survivors include his parents of Rogers, Ark; and a sister, Debra Rethel Glasscock of Garfield, Ark.
A military burial, with honors will be at Buttram Chapel Cemetery in Arkansas. Sisco Funeral Home Inc. in Pea Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
Sandy Compton
Survived by husband, Curtis, and one son, Austin. Our classmate and friend, Sandy Compton Jones, lost her battle with leukemia. Sandy died on June 15, 1994 from respiratory failure related to leukemia. Sandy married Curtis Jones in August, 1990 and they had a son, Austin, in Fall of 1993.
